General Shipping Information:
- Please allow 1-3 business days from the date of placing your order for shipping processing.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.
- You can check the shipping rates provided on each product page and below. Please note that all rates are approximate, and the final shipping rate will be displayed at checkout.
- We are not responsible for any delays, damaged parcels, or lost shipments once they are in transit.
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
- The customer is responsible for paying all customs and import fees.
Widerry does not cover, refund, or pay these charges on your behalf.
- If you choose to refuse the parcel due to customs fees and it is returned to us, the following will be deducted from your refund:

- Please note that we cannot prepay or estimate these charges. Your local courier or customs office will contact you if payment is required before delivery.
- All orders are shipped from London, UK, via Royal Mail. Once your parcel arrives in your country, it will be forwarded to your national courier provider.

*US Customs Notice: Due to new U.S. customs regulations effective August 29, 2025, all international orders shipped to the U.S. now require duties and taxes to be paid at checkout. These fees are included in your total shipping cost at checkout, in addition to the $25 shipping label. Your order will be delivered DDP, so there should be no additional fees upon arrival.
