MEASURE THE LENGTH
1. Gather your materials: You will need a piece of paper, a pen, and a ruler.
2. Place your foot on the paper: Stand on the paper with your heel against a wall or straight edge.
3. Trace your foot: Use the pen to trace around your foot, keeping the pen upright and as close to your foot as possible.
4. Measure your foot: Use the ruler to measure the length from the back of your heel to the tip of your longest toe. Repeat the process with your other foot and use the larger measurement to find your shoe size
Remember to measure your feet in the afternoon or evening when they are at their largest.
MEASURE THE WIDTH
1.Gather your materials: You will need a tape measure and a chair or stool to sit on.
2. Sit down and measure the widest part of your foot: Wrap the tape measure from the zero mark around the widest part of your foot, usually around the ball of your foot or the base of your toes. Make sure the tape measure is snug but not too tight.
3. Take note of your measurement: Look at the measurement on the tape measure and write it down. This is your foot width or circumference.
Remember to measure both feet as they may be slightly different in size, and to take note of the unit of measurement used by the tape measure (inches or centimeters).
Of course, you can purchase your usual size. However, we highly recommend measuring your feet prior to making a purchase, as sizing can vary between different shoe brands. Taking this step will help you avoid the inconvenience of receiving the wrong size and going through the return process.
As a small brand run by one person (hi!), I can only stock a limited quantity of each style. Pre-ordering allows you to secure your pair in advance and helps with production costs. We follow a slow fashion approach, which means we don’t overproduce.

Your order will ship within the estimated time frame provided at the time of purchase, which will also be confirmed in your confirmation email. Please be patient and refrain from sending follow-up emails. We will ship your order as soon as it’s ready, and once it's shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
The first batch of our AW24/25 collection is expected to ship around February 28th.
Currently, we offer our shoes in one width option, which corresponds to an extra large width (2E/3E - 2W/3W). This sizing choice has been made to accommodate those with wide feet, flat feet, bunions, or anyone seeking a larger toe box for enhanced comfort. For specific measurements and further guidance on selecting the perfect fit, we encourage you to check our comprehensive size guide.
Once you've successfully placed an order with us (yay!), we will require a maximum of 3-4 business days to process it. Rest assured, you'll receive a shipment confirmation via email, complete with a tracking link. The delivery timeframe will vary depending on your location.
- UK: 2-4 business days
- US: 5-10 business days
- EU: 5-7 business days
- Rest of the world: 5-15 business days
Please note that these timeframes are provided as a general guide and may vary depending on external factors.
For all our shipments, we rely on Royal Mail as our trusted courier, which will then be handed over to your local courier in your country for final delivery.
If you pre-order: The estimated shipping date for pre-order products is clearly indicated on the respective product page. The actual delivery timeframe will depend on your location.
Rest assured, we will keep you informed throughout the process with email updates regarding the estimated delivery date or any potential delays that may occur.
To secure your pre-order items, full payment is required at the time of purchase.
To make sure we can process your return successfully, please adhere to the requirements below when returning your package:
- The return request must be made within 14 days from the order delivery date.
- Items must be unused and in their original condition.
- The packaging/box must be the original and in perfect condition.

Girl, we hope not! But if you're outside of the UK - Please note that your order may or may not be retained in customs upon arrival in your country, waiting for the importer (you) to comply with the payment of duties and taxes. Widerry will not be responsible for the payment of these costs.
Yes, we have the ability to deliver almost anywhere. If the option to ship to your country is not available, please contact us on contact@widerry.com and we will assist you placing an order.
