At Widerry, we want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy. Please review the following guidelines and instructions for initiating a return:

Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or an exchange.

Condition: The shoes must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. We kindly ask that you handle the shoes with care and try them on a clean surface to prevent any damage or scuff marks.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please send an email to contact@widerry.com - please do not return your order before contacting us first.

UK Returns: After your return is accepted, we'll provide you with a tracked return label or QR code to take to the post office. Please be aware that returns are not free. A fee of £10 per pair for restocking and the shipping label will be deducted directly from your refund.
- International Returns: International shoppers must arrange their own return shipping, and we will only provide the return postal address. We advise you to use a tracked service to keep trace of your parcel. Refunds cannot be issued for orders that are not received back to us. Please note that returns are not free, and a restocking fee of £5 (or equivalent) will be deducted directly from your refund.
- UK exchanges: If the shoes don't fit and you require a different size, we are happy to facilitate an exchange for you. Please be aware that exchanges are not free. You will be invoiced a £10 fee to cover the cost of the two shipping labels required for the return and dispatch of the new parcel.
- International exchanges: For international exchanges regarding size issues, please follow the return process mentioned earlier. Once we receive your returned parcel, we will provide you with a gift card matching the value of your initial order. You can use this gift card to place a new order for the preferred size.
- Sale and discounted items are not eligible for refunds. They are only eligible for exchanges; no refunds will be given for these sale items.
- Clearance sales: All clearance sales are final as it means we are clearing the stock. No exchange or refunds will be issued on these orders.
We reserve the right to request photographic evidence of the shoes and refuse or send back a return if the shoes are not in a condition that meets all of the requirements stated above.
