*Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or refunds. They may be eligible for an exchange if stated on the product page. Once an order has been placed, no refunds will be issued and returns will not be accepted. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
• Shoes must be tried on a clean surface.
• We may request photos before approving a return.
• Returns that don't meet these conditions may be refused.

UK Returns

How to initiate a return

All UK returns must be submitted through our self-serve returns portal.

You do not need to create an account. A customer account is automatically created when you place an order with us.

To request a return:

1. Go to your customer account.
   Desktop: Click the profile icon in the top-right corner.
   Mobile: Tap the three lines menu, then select My Account.
2. Select Orders.
3. Enter the email address you used to place your order at checkout.
4. Enter the one-time code sent to your email to access your account.
5. Select the order you would like to return.
6. Click Request Return and follow the on-screen instructions.
7. Check your email for your return label and return instructions.

Please follow the instructions provided with your return label to ensure your return is processed correctly.

Returns must be posted within 7 days of receiving the return label, as the label will expire after this period. If the label expires, you will need to arrange your own return shipping.

Returns not posted within 14 days of approval will be automatically cancelled and will no longer be eligible for a refund.

UK Exchanges

We offer one free exchange per UK customer. To initiate an exchange, please email us at contact@widerry.com

International Returns

International customers (Non-UK) must initiate returns by emailing: contact@widerry.com

We will provide the return address only. Customers must purchase and handle their own tracked return shipping. Refunds cannot be issued for parcels not received back to us. Returns not posted within 7 days of approval will be automatically cancelled and will no longer be eligible for a refund.

Refused Delivery

Returns made following a refused delivery are at the customer’s expense and responsibility. A refund will only be issued once the package has been successfully returned to our warehouse.

Packages that are not received, lost, or abandoned will not be refunded.

Once the package has been received at our warehouse, shipping costs, restocking fees, as well as any customs duties or fees paid to recover the package, will be deducted from the refund amount. The remaining balance will then be refunded to the original payment method. By refusing delivery, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

We reserve the right to request photographic evidence of the shoes and refuse or send back a return if the shoes are not in a condition that meets all of the requirements stated above.
