Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
- Shoes must be tried on a clean surface.
- We may request photos before approving a return.
- Returns that don't meet these conditions may be refused.
UK Returns
How to initiate a return
All UK returns must be submitted through our self-serve portal:
- Log into your account using the icon in the top-right corner and the email address used at checkout. A one-time code will be sent to you to access your account.
- Select your order.
- Click Request Return and follow the steps.
- You will receive an email with your return label and instructions.
Returns must be posted within 7 days of receiving the return label, as the label will expire after this period. If the label expires, you will need to arrange your own return shipping.
Returns not posted within 14 days of approval will be automatically cancelled and will no longer be eligible for a refund.

- 3% restocking fee
UK Exchanges
We offer one free exchange per UK customer. To initiate an exchange, please email us at contact@widerry.com
International Returns
International customers (Non-UK) must initiate returns by emailing: contact@widerry.com
We will provide the return address only. Customers must purchase and handle their own tracked return shipping. Refunds cannot be issued for parcels not received back to us. Returns not posted within 14 days of approval will be automatically cancelled and will no longer be eligible for a refund.

- 3% restocking fee applied to all refunds.
